Lomi lomi nui

Its roots go back to the early Polynesian settlers, yet the unique, rhythmic form known today comes from the Hawaiian shamans (kahunas).

Lomi Lomi massage is performed mainly with the forearms, allowing for the characteristic slow, flowing, and continuous movements that often cover several parts of the body at once. These wave-like motions promote deep relaxation and muscular regeneration. Through the natural flow of energy, it helps to dissolve tension, stress, and muscular knots — leaving the receiver refreshed and balanced on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Each session has its own purpose: it may offer rest and relaxation, or support the processing of current life experiences.

During my massages, I invite you into a safe and nurturing space where you can experience the healing power of loving, conscious touch.

Thai Oil Massage

Thai oil massage is in many ways similar to the traditional Thai massage performed over clothing, with the difference that — because of the slipperiness of the oil — certain pressure techniques are replaced with smoother movements.

Unlike most Western massage styles, traditional Thai massage does not primarily work on the muscles but rather activates the body's energy lines (Sen lines) through rhythmic acupressure. The oil version of Thai massage, however, uses more flowing, gliding strokes while still maintaining the energetic approach.

Thai oil massage stimulates blood and lymph circulation, relaxes the muscles, supports detoxification, and strengthens the immune system. It also leaves the skin soft and supple, refreshes the tired body and mind, and brings a deep sense of harmony and renewal.

Metamorphic Massage

Metamorphic massage is a special emotional release technique designed to help dissolve deep-seated emotional blockages, creating space for a more fulfilling and balanced life.

This gentle method uses soft, delicate touches along the spinal reflex zones located on the feet, hands, and head. The resulting energy flow helps to clear emotional barriers and restore inner harmony.

After a session, one may experience increased self-confidence, renewed vitality, and relief from psychosomatic symptoms.

Due to its powerful stress-relieving effects, it is particularly recommended during challenging or transitional life periods — such as breakups, grief, career or relationship changes — as well as for children dealing with behavioral, social, or learning difficulties.

It's important to note that this is not a traditional massage; the focus is on gentle touch and energy connection at specific reflex points rather than muscle manipulation.

Hug Therapy

Hug therapy is nothing more than a series of long, heartfelt embraces — because there are many ways to hug.
It's said that every person needs at least eight hugs a day for a balanced, harmonious life.

After my treatments, my guests often said:

"One day I'll come to you just to get a hug."
These words planted the seed in me — the feeling that I needed to dedicate myself to this practice.

I truly believe that an embrace given with unconditional love has a healing and opening effect on both body and soul.
It helps release emotional blockages, boosts self-esteem, and deepens our connection — both with ourselves and with others.
It supports stress relief, balances the nervous system, strengthens the immune system, and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression.

It's especially ideal for those who find it difficult to receive intimacy and wish to move forward gently, in a safe and nurturing space.
Whatever life stage you are in right now, you can find safety and comfort in an embrace with me.

And let's not forget — hug therapy can make the healthy even healthier, and the happy even happier — because a hug belongs to everyone.

Ayurvedic (Abhyanga) Massage

The word Ayur literally means "life," while Veda means "knowledge" or "science." Ayurveda, therefore, is the science of life.

One of the core principles of Ayurveda is that various forces and energies flow within and around every human being. As long as these energies remain balanced and their natural flow is unobstructed, we are healthy and feel well.
However, when this balance is disturbed or shifts in one direction, symptoms begin to appear — first subtle and barely noticeable, then increasingly pronounced, eventually manifesting as illness.
The essence of healing in Ayurveda is to restore this balance.

The Abhyanga massage is recommended for general health maintenance, improving overall well-being, relieving insomnia, supporting joint health, and reducing stress.
It has a beneficial effect on circulation, the nervous system, and the hormonal system — promoting both physical and mental harmony.
