Booking Policy

Your booking is only valid once it has been confirmed (by e-mail or phone).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us via e-mail or phone.
If you cannot attend your reserved appointment, please notify us in time!
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment, considering our opening hours.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours and no new appointment is scheduled, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
If a new appointment is arranged but not attended, 100% of the service fee will be invoiced.
By making a booking, you accept our cancellation policy and agree to settle any applicable cancellation fees.
