Intimacy and energy -Workshop

🪬 Couple Chakra-Energy Practice 

We will teach you a technique with which you can energize your partner's chakras, experiencing how you can harmonize, strengthen and heal each other's physical and mental energies. Movement, breathing and attention play a role in the practice. 

🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ Guided meditations 

- Chakra meditation: to start the workshop by raising your vibration

 - Meditation to help perceive energy in hands 

- Kundalini yoga meditation to balance emotions 

🤍 Consciously connected games 

They help you recognize your own boundaries and formulate your true desires. This afternoon takes place in a safe, accepting space, where the main thing is not performance, but sincere presence, playfulness, lightness, curiosity and connection. All exercises take place in clothes, we do not touch intimate areas in this workshop. Depending on the composition of the group, it is possible that there will be more than just opposite-sex couples during the programs. If you want to be safe, come as a couple. :) 

This workshop is for you if:

 - you would like to deepen your knowledge of intimacy 

- live more consciously and get to know the energies in your body better 

- you are curious about new games and meditations that will enrich your relationships and with their help you can learn new things about yourself 

- you would like to discover how love and energy can be in balance

 - if you slowed down, you would break out of the everyday squirrel wheel
