Neurowave

NeuroWave is a modern body-oriented therapeutic method developed by Vadim Borisov. Its goal is to help people feel vibrant, free, and relaxed again in their body and emotions. Simply put: it's a series of practices that help release long-built-up tension (both physical and emotional) from the body, allowing you to live, feel, and connect with yourself more easily and naturally (and often with others too, like in intimacy).

Where does it come from?

• It's based on Taoist traditions (ancient Chinese energy work): it uses the body's energy centers (dantians), especially the lower, middle, and upper dantian line. It always works with energy from the bottom up ("wave") to avoid overwhelming the head/mind, keeping awareness grounded in the body.

• It combines this with modern body-oriented therapies (somatic approaches), like working with fascia, muscles, and the nervous system.

How does it work?

During the practices, the body triggers natural responses:

• Trembling, wave-like movements, • Tearing up, laughter, • Deep relaxation, • Sometimes a strong increase in sensation/pleasure levels (an "orgasmic" quality of recharge after release). This isn't acting; it's the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system + the natural discharge of old tensions (similar to trauma-release methods like TRE or bioenergetics). A session or practice typically has four main stages, progressing step by step.

What is it good for?

• Releasing stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks • Loosening physical tension (back, hips, shoulders, etc.) • Regaining sensitivity, awareness, and vitality • Many people report big changes in sexuality/sensuality (natural flow after blocks are cleared)

In short: if someone feels "stuck" in emotional or physical tension and wants to feel free and alive again – this is a very body-focused, new-wave, Taoist-inspired path for that. It's not just relaxation, but deeper release and recharge.

The session is 2 hours long and takes place fully clothed.

Sat Nam Rasayan

The meaning of Sat Nam Rasayan is: "deep relaxation in the true self." It is an ancient, meditative healing approach and practical method that focuses on deep relaxation of the mind and body, as well as operating in a state of shunia (zero, neutral).

The essence of Sat Nam Rasayan is not about intervention, but rather a non-reactive, neutral presence, in which the body and nervous system can access their own regenerative and self-regulating processes. What happens during the session? We start with a short conversation, followed by a meditation to begin the process. The session takes place fully clothed, with the recipient lying on a mat. The giver sits beside them and touches the left arm with one or two hands, maintaining this contact throughout the entire duration.

During the session, the giver remains in a deep, meditative state of presence, without directing, manipulating, or trying to create change. This state allows the recipient's nervous system to relax in a safe environment and release its constant state of alertness. As the body relaxes and the mind quiets, natural processes can begin, such as: regeneration, the harmonization of physical, mental, and emotional processes, the restoration of inner balance. Sat Nam Rasayan does not "perform" healing; instead, it creates space for the system to reorganize itself.

Holistic pulsing

Holistic Pulsing, also known as Soul Massage, works on the entirety of our being — body, mind, and spirit. It gently stimulates the sense of wholeness within us, restoring our natural state of balance and harmony.

Through soft, rhythmic, pulsating movements, an elevated state of consciousness can arise, activating cellular memory. As inner resistance and doubt begin to dissolve, we reconnect with our inner wisdom and align with our Higher or Divine Self. This alignment often brings clarity, allowing decisions to be made with ease where previously there was hesitation.

The process encourages deep personal growth and transformation, helping us to let go of old behavioral patterns and conditioned responses. As these dissolve, life becomes simpler, clearer, more beautiful, and fulfilling.

Holistic Pulsing also stimulates the body's self-healing ability, supporting emotional release and deep relaxation.

The session takes place on a massage table, with the client fully clothed and comfortably covered with a blanket for a sense of safety.

It is recommended to receive 3–5 sessions for optimal results.
A session typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, including about 30 minutes of conversation and 1 to 1.5 hours of the pulsing treatment itself.
